About daemon

Daemon is a one-man operated workshop located in 

northern Portugal. 

I make carbon steel knives using the stock removal method, 

and everything at Daemon is handmade on site and by myself; design, grinding, handles, heat treating, ... 

Each knife exiting the shop is a unique piece. 

I usually have some pieces readily available in the shop section but I also take orders and I am always happy to help customers make their custom blades come to life.
